General Informations Please note: In the alpine-areas also summertime the weather can be cold and chilly, allthough the sun is shining. We highly recommend you and in particular for children, to take warm cloths with you, as well as sunglasses and suncream. Sunglasses are needed because the reflection of snow and ultraviolet rays are very intens and much stronger above an altitude of 1500 meters (about 4500ft), suncream is requested because just 10 mins. sun exposure in the mountains is enough for a severe sunburn. Also during summerseason we recommend to you bring hats, raincoats and gloves along. A special eyemark should be spent on usefull shoes, hiking and trekking shoes are convenient. Terms and conditions Meals: Meals are not included in any of the tours. If meals are included in a special arranged tour, this will be declared in the documents. If you are not able to eat the arranged meal, whatever reasons, there will be no refund or short-time changes, additional costs are to be paied directly by the client. Please inform us in due time if you require special diets or allergies. Changes of the program and itinary can always be possible. Payments: All prices are in Cash and in Swiss Francs or advance payment. Delays: Waiting time for the tourguide at the meetingpoint: max. 20 min. - Waiting time without notice: "NO SHOW" : the whole amount has to be paid. - Waiting time with notice: Duration of the entire ordered tour. Prolongation is only possible by futher payment agreement. - In case of delays, the tour can only be prolonged if the guide has no further order shortly after. zuerich-guides, nor the tourmanagers are responsible for any delays, nor for too late check-ins for flights, trains or buses, neither for not boarding in time of any connecting flights, trains or other transportation.
By "no show": 100 % of the agreed amout has to be paid Cancellations: 1 - 8 days ahead: 100% 14 - 8 days ahead: 50% Changes: All costs caused by a change are to be payed by the client, the minimum rate per change is 50.- CHF.
Visa-application: zuerich-guides or the tourguides are not responsible for any visas, nor not correctly issued visas.
